Hello Everyone!

It’s been over a year since many of you have heard from me. Well, there is a reason I’ve been under cover and NOW it’s time to reveal my new record I have been working on for the past year, “Make Everything Bright.” It was a long process, as I took the initiative and recorded everything at home, for the exception of one of the songs, but discovered many things about myself in the process…. Such as, discipline and focus, 2 qualities I didn’t think were my strong points. Now I know that not to be true. ☺

I have many people to thank... Marco Giovino (Robert Plant, Nora Jones, Patty Griffin), drummer and co-producer for most of the record dedicated many hours helping me pick songs and get other fabulous musicians on board to record. Marco’s strong sense of instrumentation and feel for music was a huge comfort while recording the songs, and as a result he offered many many wonderful ideas for which I am grateful. Also, not to mention…. along with his wife, Kylie, we had a really fun time along the way, before, during and after sessions goofing off.

I would like to mention all of the musicians & co-writers involved…Co-Writers: Carissa Broadwater Fox, Mando Saenz, K.S. Rhoads & Amelia White. Musicians: Matthew Burgess, Marco Giovino, Kylie Harris, Christopher Hoffee, John Jackson, Doug Lancio, Paul Ossola, Neal Pawley, John Morgan Reilly, Brian Ritchey & Frank Swart. John Morgan Reilly (RxGF, Limping For Sympathy) of Seattle arranged and co-produced one of the songs, “Blanket of Stars.” John too was a joy to work with… adding lots of energy and creativity to the song. Overall, everyone was a dream to work with and I feel so blessed to have their talents grace my music…. What a gift!

Currently, “Make Everything Bright” is being duplicated in the factory and will arrive in less than 2 weeks.
